Requesting cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. For a live order, we will check whether preparation or dispatch has started before confirming whether cancellation is possible.

After dispatch

If the order has already left the shop, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact us for return options rather than refusing delivery without prior agreement.

Unavailable items

If an item cannot be supplied, the shop should contact you to agree a replacement or cancellation. A replacement should not be made without your agreement.

Demo orders

Orders placed in this preview are stored locally and are not fulfilled automatically. Cancellation and payment statuses in the demonstration do not initiate a real refund.
