Return eligibility
The draft returns policy allows unopened items in their original packaging to be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrance products are generally excluded for hygiene reasons, without limiting rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact the shop with the order reference and photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. The current draft asks you to report damage within 48 hours; this does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
Refund approval
Contact us before sending goods back. The shop will confirm eligibility, return arrangements and any applicable shipping costs. Refund method and expected timing must be agreed once a real payment service is connected; no processing deadline is promised in this preview.
